The activities of the Outer Banks Gun Club are only possible because of its membership. Club membership is now over 1300 and dues are only $100 a year per person.
Per the Bylaws, a junior member is defined as someone between the age of 14 and 18. Previously, they were charged per visit fees. Effective immediately, Junior members may join the club for a one-time fee of ten dollars ($10.00)and their Junior membership Card shall expire on their eighteenth (18th) birthday. For example, a member joining on his/her 14th birthday shall make a single payment of $10.00 and renew as a Regular Member 4 years later on his/her 18th birthday.
All junior members and guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older, who has experience with the firearm that the minor will be using.
Supervising adult, must be within arms reach of the minor at all times when the firearm is being handled.
